For the Home Buyer:

You want to know that your home is safe, structurally and mechanically sound, and free of health risk.  Our home inspectors evaluation will provide a solid foundation of knowledge about the home, its components and systems.  In addition to reporting and deficiencies or potential failures, out home inspector will include maintenance tips to help you protect your investment.
My Standard Home Inspection & Report

This inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the areas of your home that are safely accessible and visible.  The State of Arkansas requires home inspectors to adhere to certain guidelines or Standards of Practice.  The scope of work may be modified by the client and inspector prior to the inspection process, and generally includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Heating and Cooling Systems
  • Foundation and Framing
  • Fireplaces
  • Attics

  • Ventilation
  • Appliances
  • Doors

  • Basement/Crawlspaces

Following my evaluation, I will compile my findings in an easy-to-read report, whilch will include detailed descriptions and digital color photos of any issues I've discovered.  I'll email you your report within 24 hours, paper copies can be mailed at your request.  My job isn't finished until you understand everything in it.

For the Home Seller:

It can give potential buyers confidence in you as an honest seller and in the quality of the home you are selling.  It can also be a useful tool in the negotiation process.  A potential buyer will have less merit to claim a price reduction for repairs if you've already made the necessary fixes ahead of time.
